We are in the business of helping families achieve abundance through chiropractic adjustment of the body, sound nutritional and fitness advice, and the use of cutting edge technology.
The Accurate Chiropractic family, which is how we refer to our patients and referral partners, is people who have a desire to be active and enjoy their family, careers, retirement, and recreation. They are open-minded when it comes to making life-style changes and have an appreciation for the inherent recuperative powers of the body God has so intelligently designed.
Our uniqueness lies not only in the combination of services we offer, but also in the way in which we deliver it. We offer people their dignity and freedom to choose, as they team up with our team, their path back to health and vitality.
CULTURE STATEMENT
The following 14 points of cultures are the guiding principles by which Accurate Chiropractic, Ft Myers, FL is defined:
Accuracy.
Strict attention to detail is paramount—it is the diligent effort to understand and recall the little things and specifics that are important to our family of patients and referral partners (Proverbs 22:29)
Commitment.
Defined as 300% effort. 100% physical, 100% mental, 100% spiritual. I will give my best effort in everything I do. I am committed 300% to the needs of my family, my fellow team members, and the people I serve. (Psalm 37: 5)
Communication.
Open dialogue and clear instruction are essential to all the health of all relationships. (James 4:2)
Unity.
There is a certain freedom and power that is released in agreement. It allows for creative expression and healing which is at the core of everything we do. (Amos 3:3)
Respect.
When we recognize the value and worth of others, we can truly appreciate how valuable we, ourselves, are. (Psalm 138: 6)
Abundance.
Financial and social abundance are a product of abundant spiritual and physical health. (John 10: 10)
Team Work.
The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. To create something truly special takes the dedicated efforts of a driven unit—a Team. While the efforts of individuals are linear, the effects of a team are exponential. (Deuteronomy 32: 30)
Excellence.
What sets apart good from great? It is an attitude, a spirit that will not settle for second best. It is a “dissatisfied” satisfaction with the level of effort or service you are at. (Daniel 6: 3)
Humor.
If you can’t or won’t have fun in what you are doing, you should be doing something else. Optimal health can only be attained when there is joy available to the soul and spirit. Laughter and fun are in themselves a medicine far more potent than any pharmaceutical. (Proverbs 17: 22; Nehemiah 8: 10)
Education.
The pursuit of knowledge and wisdom breeds enthusiasm for our craft and guards against stagnation. Unless we continue to strive to move forward, we will slide back. (Proverbs 4:7)
Altruism.
When we put aside our needs for the needs of others then are we most like our creator, the God of the Universe, who willingly gave all He had to save us. (John 3: 16)
Love.
In this world people throw the word love around; they love a pair of pants or their car—but real love requires us to surrender the part of ourselves that wants accolades and attention and seeks to do what is right for others simply because it is right. (1 Corinthians 13: 3 – 5)
Time.
Or more appropriately being on time. People’s time is a valuable commodity. Lost money can be recouped, lost health can be restored, but lost time is never recovered. We must give every effort to respecting the time of our team members, patient family, and referral partners. (Proverbs 28: 20)
Harmony.
We are all created equal but we are not all the same. Each one of us has unique skills and talents, and each one of us has our own issues to deal with. Just as a symphony would not evoke the same response if it only had cellos, but no brass or violins—so we need the strengths of each individual to flourish and blend with the strength—and weakness of the other team members. (Ephesians 4: 15-17)
